Title: Manager, Power Structuring and Origination

General Location: Remote

Background

We are currently working with two prospective clients who are large trading or generation  entities seeking to further penetrate the datacenter market for structured power.  We expect to have detailed job requirements by August 1.

These jobs are for people with at least 10 years of experience in power markets and specific achievements in bringing in larger, more complex transactions.

All transactions will have a signficant physical power component.

Travel: As required. 

Principal Duties

Find and develop opportunities for sales of structured power transactions in the US.

Work with analytical and trading staff to create and price appropriate transactions.

Relevant Skills and Experience Desired

• Demonstrated understanding of power PPA’s, contract for differences and other structure types.

• Have worked in several of the major ISO’s. 

• Ideally, have some exposure to offtakers in WECC, though this only applies to one of the prospective clients.
